Effective March 23, 2020 at 11:59 PM per Governor DeWine's orders we will be changing the way we do business in our Service Departments.

You may schedule an appointment through our BDC by calling 866-985-0241 or on line at https://www.ganleysubaruofbedford.com

We will continue to be open to address all of your automotive needs, however our process in which you bring your vehicle in (Write-Up) and the way you pick up your vehicle (When Completed) has changed significantly.

These changes are:

Please park your vehicle in a spot in the area just outside the Service drive in door.

Go directly to the "Drop Off Service" box (shown below)


 

1)      Please pull open the door of the drop box

2)      Remove a key drop envelope and complete the information

3)      Place your key in the envelope and drop it in at the rear of the box (it will fall into the retention basket as you close the door)

 

PLEASE be sure to have a second key with you as we will lock your keys in your vehicle when work has been completed.


You will be contacted by one of our Service Advisors to review your service requests before any work begins.

 

When the service on your vehicle has been completed a Service Advisor will contact you to review the work that has been completed and answer any questions you may have.

If you've had maintenance services or repairs that are not included as part of your Subaru Warranty, we ask that the work be paid for by credit card over the phone.

We will lock your keys inside your vehicle with a copy of the invoice for you to pick-up at your convivence.

FAQ's:

Q- How do I get a rental car?  A-At this time we have temporarily suspended the use of rental vehicles

Q- Will I be able to come inside the dealership and wait for my vehicle? A-To avoid any unnecessary exposure to you, our customers as well as our employees you will not be allowed to enter the building at this time
